Our Location: Near Tonopah, Arizona
A very quiet day with only a short road hike this morning. I hope you enjoy the photos I chose to share today. They were taken yesterday on my hike.
| Some pretty yellow flowers. |
| Pretty aren't they? |
| The beginnings of a blooms coming on.... |
| I'd like to climb up there some day. |
| Whatever the reason both of these 'trees' died. A Saguaro Cactus and I think a Palo Verde tree. |
| Way off in the distance behind the first set of hills, that isn't a road but the power lines. |
| These vehicles are quite a distance from me, but with my zoom lens they are very visible. |
| Sunshine and shadows make a huge difference in the landscape. |
| Not a smooth desert floor. |
| Teddy Bear Cholla or Jumping Cactus. |
| Water has dug this hole in the side of the arroyo. |
| The colours are amazing. |
| I'm always amazed at the different colours of mountains and hills. |
| Very rugged looking aren't they? |
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you enjoyed the picture show today.
Until next time... take care, be safe,
Deb
